    My Sister had come to the this branch in January this year, for a for some work related to Home Loan and She was Made to Go round and round. She had to visit 3 times for the issue to be sorted. So when I visited the Branch in August 2026, I had Zero Expectations In terms of Service, Time It would take etc. BUT I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided by Ms. Ramita Gupta. She Calmly explained the process and handled my queries. She made sure that the Payment was done properly with all required documentation. She also Sorted other Issue that had been lying around for more than a Year. She found the exact problem and then corrected it. Kudos to her Hard Work and Customer Service. Really Appreciated.
